Trainer Introduction
John Schaffer has over 25 years of coaching and recruiting experience. Previously as the Director of Operations of Gold Level Softball, he has had over 70 playeres recruited to college. Prior to that John has held coaching and training positions at Keansburg, Post University, Georgian Court, NJ Flames Gold, and, most notably, tehe Head Coach at Saint Mary’s MS.
He has a history of excellence and winning with 3 National Championships in 2012, 2015, and 2017. Other accomplishments include:
- 2 North Atlantic Regional Championships
- 9 State Championships, NJ and PA
- 1X National 2nd Place
- 3X National 3rd Place
